Upscale Malta was created to explore more efficient ways for Maltese businesses and public buyers to access international manufacturing, and to deliver what they buy reliably.
Our story
Why we started
Many Maltese businesses and institutions buy the same categories of supplies again and again: packaging, cleaning products, workwear, office and hospitality consumables. Much of this is sourced through a small number of local distributors, and the wider range of international manufacturers is rarely explored in a structured way.
Upscale Malta is our attempt to look at that gap carefully. We want to understand where international sourcing can offer better specifications, better documentation or better value, and where it cannot. We are approaching the work as an emerging business, learning through each requirement we take on.
We are not yet a large organisation, and we do not claim to be. What we are building is a disciplined sourcing method, a network of carefully assessed manufacturing partners, and a reputation for documentation that buyers can trust.
Global sourcing is only valuable when the delivery is local, reliable and properly documented.

Founder-led from Malta
Upscale Malta was founded to develop international sourcing and supply capabilities for businesses and public-sector buyers in Malta and Gozo. He leads the venture directly and is the first point of contact for every enquiry.
The venture is focused on procurement discipline: clear specifications, comparable quotations, documented compliance and coordinated delivery.
